No Hassles Return Policy
All About a Girl understands that buying fashion clothing online is convenient. However, it doesn't give you the opportunity to try items on first, and sometimes they don't work out as we hoped they would. To make things easy for you, we have a Peace of Mind return policy.
Q How long do I have to return the goods?
Any item bought online at www.allaboutagirl.co.nz can be returned within 10 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, excluding sale items or reduced items, provided that the items are returned unworn, unwashed and undamaged, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
1) RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN TEN DAYS OR THE ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST. WE WILL NOT PROCESS RETURNS IF NOT WITHIN THIS TIME-FRAME. This may seem strict. However, we turn over product so quickly that if a longer time-frame were given, it would be difficult to resell the item when all other sizes have sold out.

Q. Can i track and trace my return to make sure you receive it?
If you receive a damaged item from us, please return the item to All About a Girl by following the return instructions on the packing slip, and clearly marking ‘Damaged/Defective’ when indicating the reason for the return. Provide comments if necessary. A replacement item will be sent to you (no delivery fee applies). Please allow 3-5 working days from receipt of the item for your replacement to be processed. If we are unable to replace the item, a member of our team will contact you directly.
Please return the incorrect item to All About a Girl by following the return instructions on the packing slip, and clearly marking ‘For Exchange’ when indicating the reason for the return. If the replacement size or colour is no longer available, a member of our team will contact you directly with further options. We recommend that you contact us to reserve your new size and/or colour to avoid missing out. Please allow 3-7 days (New Zealand) for re delivery.
Please include a tracked self addressed courier bag when swapping an item.

All About a Girl accepts Visa, MasterCard and internet banking. Transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars. You will need to submit your credit card details at the same time as the order is placed on the website. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm the goods purchased and the value of your order. The invoice can also be viewed via your account under order history.
Once the item/s ordered are ready for dispatch, the payment is processed for the goods plus any delivery charges using your nominated credit card. You authorise All About a Girl to debit the order value amount from the nominated credit card.
If your nominated credit card is declined by your financial institution, we will not be able to guarantee the delivery of the goods and may contact you to make alternative payment and delivery arrangements.
We may decide at any time not to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason. If we decide not to accept payment, we will contact you to advise you that your order has not been processed.
