Promotion T&C's

These terms apply to promotions, discount codes and special offers from All About A Girl. They sit alongside our Returns, Delivery & Shipping and Terms & Conditions pages. If something here conflicts with the Consumer Guarantees Act, the Act wins.

Current standing offers

Free shipping (New Zealand)

New Zealand orders over $150 (after discounts) receive free postage. Orders under $150 are charged our standard flat shipping rate. Click and collect from Shop 7, Bush Inn Centre, Christchurch is free. Australia shipping is charged separately and is not included in NZ free-shipping offers unless we say so for a specific campaign.

Afterpay

Afterpay is available in store and online where offered at checkout, subject to Afterpay’s own terms and eligibility.

Sale and reduced items

Marked sale, clearance or reduced-price items are offered while stocks last. Prices and availability can change without notice. Sale and promo-reduced items are final sale for change of mind (no store credit or exchange for change of mind). Faulty goods are still covered under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Welcome and email discount codes

Welcome and other email discount codes apply only as described in the email or at checkout. Unless we say otherwise, they are not valid on sale, clearance, already-discounted items, gift cards, or with other codes. One promotional code per order.

When we run a timed promotion

From time to time we run short campaigns (for example spend-and-save, a percent off full-price, or free shipping with no minimum). For each campaign we will state:

• What the offer is
• Start and end date/time (New Zealand time)
• What is excluded (typically pre-orders, sale items, gift cards, and anything else we name)
• Whether other codes can be combined

Those campaign details will be listed in this section while the offer is live, and removed or marked ended when it finishes. Expired campaigns are not honoured.

There are no timed sitewide campaigns live at the moment. Standing offers above still apply.

General rules for all promotions and codes

• Offers apply to qualifying items only, while stocks last.
• Unless stated otherwise, promotions exclude pre-order items, items already discounted or on sale, gift cards, and any items we reasonably exclude.
• Discount codes and promotions cannot be added after an order is confirmed, paid, or processing.
• We may cancel an order that stacks codes or uses a code outside its rules.
• Promotions have no cash value and are not transferable.
• We may end or change a promotion if there is an obvious pricing or system error, or for stock or operational reasons, and we will sort affected orders fairly.
• In-store and online availability can differ.

Returns on promotional purchases

Change-of-mind returns follow our Returns policy. Sale items, clearance, and orders paid with many promo codes are excluded from change-of-mind credit. If a return (where allowed) brings a spend-threshold offer under the minimum, we may reverse the discount or require the free gift to be returned or paid for.
