I love the dress however ordered online size 12 via my measurements and it was unfortunately too small in the just. Went to the store in bush inn and asked them politely if they had the correct size could I do a direct exchange as I hadn’t even worn or removed the tags from
The dress! The correct size was there which tried on so I ended up paying for the dress again. Disappointed when it was a direct exchange with no loss to anyone but me with the postage I originally paid
