Disappointed I was not given the option to return or exchange dress. Unsure of size when ordered and actually need a smaller size.
New item ordered on a 15% discount day but no indication on order process that the item could not be returned or exchanged.
Would understand if sale or clearance item.

Of course we will let you exchange your size even with the 15% discount. Just send us a pre paid courier bag with your return and make a note that 'Marian' said its ok to swap the size :)
